11. increase or decrease your rank in ways other than specificed in the rules of the ladder, tournament, or league.
12. violate any rules of anything posted by the staff.
13. remove any advertisements on the website.
14. upload any illegal or shareware files.
15. advertise any goods or services for commercial purposes.
16. imitate or impersonate anybody.

5. Nintendo Battles' Rights

A. Nintendo Battles is not owned or endorsed by Nintendo or any developer/publisher for the Nintendo products.

B. Nintendo Battles reserves the right to use, modify, display, or distribute any content, images, or videos you post on the website.

C. Nintendo Battles rely on advertisers to help fund the service. You agree that Nintendo Battles may display any advertisement on the website and that you will not remove them.

D. In order to provide high quality services to its users, you agree that the staff of Nintendo Battles has 100% access to your account and records.

6. Legal Issues

A. You agree that the services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nintendo Battles makes no warranty that (1) the service will meet your requirements, (2) the service will be secure, error-free, or not interrupted, (3) any information provided by the service will be accurate.

7. Promotions

Nintendo Battles may at times conduct tournaments, sweepstakes, contests, and auctions. You agree to follow the rules provided by them if you wish to take part in them.

Limitations of Liability

YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS OR DATA ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHER, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 9. Modifications

Nintendo Battles reserves the right to modify and change its service and Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy at any moment without notice. If major changes are made to the Agreement, you will be notified. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with the website, Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
