I have just added a small feature to the site, and that is notifications via email.

Every time you send a challenge to another team, update the challenge, invite members to join your team, etc. an email is sent to whoever the notification has an effect on. This way, you'll know whether or not someone has challenged your team without having to visit the site.

Please note that the feature may be a bit buggy as it was just added. We will be working out the bugs as the feature gets used. If you run into a bug with it, simply report it on the forum.
